2. DMCA Takedown Requests
If you believe that content on Hiotaku infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown request. Your request must include:

- Identification of the material to be removed, with sufficient detail for us to locate it.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized.
- A statement that the information is accurate, under penalty of perjury.

4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was mistakenly removed, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed content and its prior location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable court.
5. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
